How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Delivery is free for standard shipping which we say takes 3-5 working days. However, from our experience it is usually just a couple of days.
Expedited delivery is only £1.99. We say this takes 1-2 working days but again most items turn up the following day.
What delivery service do we use?
We use a combination of Royal Mail and Amazon’s Logistics Network. Most items are shipped directly from our partnership with Amazon from their warehouses. Why? Because they are exceptionally reliable, quick, safe and trusted by consumers internationally. Sometimes you have to turn to the best to provide the delivery service your customers deserve.
How can I track my order?
Immediately after ordering you will have received an email from us confirming the order with a big black box saying “View your order”. Click on this link. Then click on the Tracking Number to take you direct to the carrier’s live delivery status.
Why has my product arrived in an Amazon box?

My item was received damaged, how do I return it?
Firstly, please accept our sincerest apologies. Secondly, we have a no quibbles return policy so do not worry.
Just email customer services with your order number and reason for returning the item within 30 days and we will arrange your return label be emailed to you directly. Please obtain a free proof of postage from your chosen carrier or Post Office and we will refund you upon return for the item and postage cost.
